【摘要】 目的 探讨2型糖尿病与糖尿病性心脏病的相关性。方法 测定2型糖尿病有微量白蛋白尿及2 型糖尿病微量白蛋白尿正常者各50例，明确其糖尿病性心脏病的发生率，将两组进行相关分析。采用放免法测尿微量白蛋白。结果 有微量白蛋白尿组糖尿病性心脏病发病率明显增高(P<0.05)。结论 微量白蛋白尿的测定可用于监测、防治糖尿病性心脏病。

    Clinic Assay on the Mieroalbumine and Diabetes Heart Disease in type 2 Diabetes Patients

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore cohether type 2 diabetic is related to diabetic heart disease or not.Methods 40 cases of type 2 diabetes patients with micro albumin urine and 40 without micro albumin urine were studied in order to define the incidence rate of diabetic heart disease.and to investigate the relationship.The level of micro albumin urine in urine was measured by radioimmunology assay.Results The incidence rate of diabetic heart disease increased obviously (P<0.05) in the group with micro albumin urine.Conclusions The menstruations of micro albumin urine can be applied to the prevention of diabetic heart disease. ......
