【摘要】 目的 了解镇江市12～14岁青春前期青少年学生的缺铁性贫血状况及其影响因素，提出改进措施。 方法 采取随机分层整群抽样，对镇江市城区、农村学校12个班级的初一、初二学生进行贫血检查及有关影响因素的问卷调查。 结果 镇江市12～14岁青少年学生缺铁性贫血患病率为29.4%(男20.8%、女38.4%)。多因素logistic分析其影响因素为性别、使用减肥药物、自我体重关注等。 结论 缺铁性贫血问题在镇江市依然存在，要重视青少年学生的贫血问题，加强体重关注和膳食指导，使其养成良好的饮食习惯，合理膳食，均衡营养，确保他们健康成长。
