环磷酰胺对小鼠胚胎毒性影响的研究

【摘 要】 目的 探讨环磷酰胺对小鼠的胚胎毒性作用。方法 采用小鼠整体致畸试验，环磷酰胺组给予环磷酰胺10 mg/kg，对照组给予等容积的生理盐水。测量孕鼠体重、胎鼠体重、胎盘重量，统计胎鼠死亡率和吸收率。结果 环磷酰胺组的孕鼠体重、胎鼠体重、胎盘重量较对照组显著减少(P<0.05),环磷酰胺组的胎鼠死亡率和吸收率与阴性对照组比较,有显著性增加(P<0.01)。结论 环磷酰胺对小鼠有胚胎毒性作用。【关键词】 环磷酰胺；胚胎毒性；小鼠

【Abstract】 Objective The embryotoxic effect of cyclophosphamide (CP) was studied. Methods 20 pregnant mice were randomly divided into two groups.Physiological saline was injected in control group,and CP (10 mg·kg-1·d-1) was injected in experimental group.The weight of pregnant mice,embryo mice and placenta was measured.The rates of death and absorption in mice fetuses were counted. Results After the mice given CP,the weight of pregnant mice,embryo mice and placenta was significantly reduced (P<0.05).The numbers of absorbed and dead embryo were increased apparently(P<0.01).Conclusion CP has embryotoxicity to mice. ......
