二氢卡因酸盐对海马CA1区锥体神经元的影响

     【摘 要】 目的 观察不同剂量谷氨酸转运体GLT1抑制剂二氢卡因酸盐 (DHK) 对海马CA1区锥体神经元的影响。方法 采用四血管闭塞法(4VO)制作大鼠全脑缺血模型,右侧脑室注射DHK。脑组织切片硫堇染色法观察海马CA1区锥体神经元迟发性死亡(DND)程度,确定组织学分级(HG)。结果 对照(双蒸水)组海马CA1区未见明显的DND,不同剂量DHK引起不同程度海马CA1区的DND,且呈剂量依赖性。结论 不同剂量谷氨酸转运体GLT1抑制剂DHK引起海马CA1区锥体神经元迟发性死亡,且呈剂量依赖性。

    The Effect of Dihydrokainate on the Pyramidal Neurons in the CA1 Hippocampus GENG Jinxia.Department of Physiology,Bethune Military Medical College, Shijiazhuang 050081,China

    【Abstract】 Objective The effect of DHK, a selective inhibitor of glutamate transporter subtype GLT1,on the pyramidal neurons in the CA1 hippocampus was investigated. Methods Global cerebral ischemic model was made by Fourvessel occlusion. DHK was administrated by injection into right lateral cerebral ventricle.The brain of the rats was sectioned and stained with thionin to show delayed neuronal death (DND) and Histological Grade (HG) in the CA1 hippocampus. Results There was no apparent DND in control (distilled water) group. DHK of different doses caused DND of pyramidal neurons in the CA1 hippocampus, and to offter dose dependent. Conclusion DHK caused DND of pyramidal neurons in the CA1 hippocampus in a dosedependent manner. ......
