     【摘要】目的了解我院门诊处方2005年调脂药物的应用情况。方法采用药物利用指数(DUI)分析法，对2005年中调脂药物的使用数据进行分析，统计其用药频率及日均用药费用及调脂药物处方合理性。结果调脂药中的辛伐他汀无论消耗金额和DDDs一直位居首位。结论我院调脂药物的使用符合经济、适用原则，但日均费用略偏高。

    【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the usage of modulatefat drugs in the outpatient service prescription in our hospital.Methods The data of modulatefat drugs application in 2005 were analyzed and the frequency of drug usage, dairy drug expenditure and the reasonableness of modulatefat usage were statistically analyzed by the drug usage index method(DUI). Results Both the consumption and the drug daily dose of simvatatin were on the top in all the modulatefat drugs.Conclusions The usage of modulatefat drugs in our hospital is accordance with the economic and reasonable principle, but the daily expenditure is a little higher than normal standard. ......
