【摘要】 目的 观察分次立体定向放射治疗老年人贲门癌的治疗效果。方法 对23例贲门癌实施分次立体定向放射治疗，4～5.5Gy/次，隔日1次，10～12次完成治疗，肿瘤灶总剂量DT48～62Gy，随访24～48个月，平均32个月。结果 1、2年生存率分别为82.6%和56.5%。治疗结束后3个月复查CT，肿块完全消失15例，缩小1/2以上者5例，不足1/2者3例。完全缓解(CR)15例，部分缓解(PR)8例，有效率100%。结论 分次立体定向放射治疗老年人贲门癌是一种有效可靠的治疗方法，远期疗效有待进一步随访证实。

    Fractional stereotactic radiotherapy for gastric cardiac carcinoma in elder patients

    【Abstract】 Objective To assess the response of fractional stereotactic radiotherapy(FSRT)for gastric cardiac carcinoma.Methods The 23gastric cardiac carcinoma patients were treated with the FSRT,which was given every other day and 4 to 5.5Gy per fraction with the total doses from 48～62Gy.All the patients were followed-up ranged from 24 to 48 months with averaged 32 months.Results Total survival rates of one and two years for the entire group were 82.6% and 56.5%,respectively.All the patients were reexamined in 3 months after treatment,mass disappeared in 15 patients,shrink over 1/2 in 5 patients and the other cases didn’t shrink as half as before.The overall response rate(CR+PR)was 100% for the primary tumor.Conclusion The FSRT is well tolerated in most patients with gastric cardiac carcinoma and produce a good responses.Remote results need further follow-up. ......
