[摘要] 目的 筛选洋金花总生物碱的最佳提取工艺条件。方法 采用L9(3)4正交试验，用滴定法测定总生物碱含量，以总生物碱浸膏重和总生物碱含量为指标。结果 洋金花总生物碱的最佳提取工艺为,使用80%的酸水乙醇，酸水pH值为3，提取3次,使用相当于药材量4倍的溶剂量。 结论 优选的提取条件效率高，可增加洋金花的利用率。

[Abstract] Objective To study and select the optimal extracting technique of total alkaloids from Flos datura.Methods The orthogonal design were used. Results The results showed that the optimal extracting technique of total alkaloids from Flos Datura was that 80 percent sulf-alcohol,and pH of sulf-water was 3,and the extracting time was 3，and the volume of solvent was 4 times as much as the amount of crude drug. Conclusion The methods has high efficiency for extracting and increased the availability of Flos datura.
