     摘要：目的采用高效液相色谱法对壮药战骨药材进行指纹图谱的研究，为战骨药材质量标准的提升提供实验依据。方法实验采用Phenomenex Gemini C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)，以乙腈-0.05 mol/L 醋酸水溶液为流动相进行二元梯度洗脱，流速1.0 ml / min，柱温25℃，检测波长274 nm。结果以23个共有峰为评价指标，精密度和重复性实验中各共有峰相对保留时间和相对峰面积的RSD均小于3%，符合有关规定要求。结论此方法操作简单，精密度、稳定性和重复性良好，有助于战骨药材的质量控制。

    Study on Fingerprint Chromatograms of Zhangu by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

    Abstract：ObjectiveThe fingerprint chromatograms were established for quality evaluation of traditional Zhuang nationality medicine Zhangu ( the root of Premna fulva craib) by high performance liquid chromatography. MethodsThe analysis was performed on a Phenomenex Gemini C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile0.05 mol/L ethanoic acid as mobile phase in a gradient mode at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min, and at a column temperature of 25℃. The detection wavelength was 274nm. ResultsTwenty three peaks were selected as the common fingerprint peaks. The relative standard deviations for relative retention values and relative peak areas were less than 3% in the precision and repeated test. ConclusionThe method is reliable and can be helpful in the quality control of Zhangu. ......
