碘过量对成年大鼠海马胶质原纤维酸性蛋白影响的实验研究

     摘要:目的:研究碘过量对Wistar成年大鼠海马星形胶质细胞的影响。方法:断乳一个月Wistar大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为3组:适碘组(NI), 10倍碘组(10HI)和50倍碘组(50HI)。给予不同浓度碘酸钾水喂养6个月后,处死取大脑,应用免疫组织化学技术观察海马CA3区星形胶质细胞,并对胶质原纤维酸性蛋白GFAP反应阳性细胞进行形态计量学分析。结果:各碘过量组海马GFAP阳性细胞的Vv, NA和细胞质的平均灰度值与NI组比较均无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:碘过量不会造成Wistar成年大鼠海马神经元的明显损伤,其星形胶质细胞无明显改变。

    Research on the Effects of Iodine Excess on the Activity of GFAP in Hippocampus of Rats

    Abstract: Objective: To study the effects of iodine excess on astrocytes of hippocampus in Wistar rat. Method: Wistar rats at the age of two month,half male and half female, were divided into three groups randomly: normal iodine group (NI group), 10 and 50 folds of normal iodine intake group (10HI and 50HI groups). After fed with different concentration iodine diet for 24 weeks, the morphology change of the hippocampal astrocytes in Wistar rats were observed. The expression of GFAP were examined by immunohistochemistry, and volume density (Vv), numerical density on area (NA) and the mean of grey scale were measured. Result: Compared with NI group, the Vv, NA and the mean of grey scale of astrocytes in 10HI and 50HI groups are of no statistical difference(P>0.05). Conclusion: Iodine excess can not injure the hippocampal neurons in rats. ......
