葛根素对大鼠局灶性脑缺血后雌激素受体α阳性神经元变化的影响

     摘要:目的探讨脑缺血损伤后ERα阳性细胞的动态变化及葛根素对其影响。方法制作大脑中动脉阻断模型,使用免疫组化方法观察缺血不同时间ERα免疫阳性神经元的表达。结果在脑缺血后不同时间点,假手术组、雌激素组和葛根素组ERα阳性神经元数量均高于对照组。结论 葛根素可以上调脑缺血后ERα免疫阳性神经元的表达,可能通过ERα发挥对脑缺血半暗带神经元的保护作用。

    The Effect of Puerarin on Estrogen Receptor Alpha Positive Neurons of Rats after Focal Cerebral Ischemia

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of puerarin on estrogen receptor alpha(ERα)positive neurons of rats after focal cerebral ischemia.MethodsUsing a model of focal cerebral ischemia which was introduced by occluding middle cerebral artery, and then observing the expression of ERα positive neurons at different ischemic time and the change after giving estradiol benzoate or puerarin with the methods of immunohistochemistry. ResultsIn sham OVX group, estradiol benzoate treatment group and puerarin treatment group, ERα positive neuron expression was higher than that in the OVX control group at different ischemic time. ConclusionPuerarin can increase the expression of ERα positive neurons at various times after middle cerebral artery occlusion and protect nerve cells of ischaemic penumbra. ......
