     摘要：目的研究藏药十八味诃子利尿丸体外抑菌活性。方法用琼脂扩散法和微量稀释法研究其抑菌圈和最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果十八味诃子利尿丸具有抑制金黄色葡萄球菌、耐药表皮葡萄球菌、非耐药表皮葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、蜡状芽孢杆菌、大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单孢杆菌、白色念珠菌的生长繁殖的活性，另外不同溶剂解药品抑菌性有一定差异。结论十八味诃子利尿丸对临床分离的白色念珠球菌和耐药表皮葡萄球菌有较强的抑制作用，具有较高的临床应用价值。

    Antibacterial Activity of Tibetan Compound Shibawei Heziliniao Pill in vitro

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the inhibitory effects of Shibawei Heziliniao pill on microbe in vitro.MethodsInhibition zone and minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) were examined by using MH agar plates ,PDA agar plates and minidilution.ResultsIt was shown that Shibawei Hezilinao pill has strong bacteriostasis inhibition to the growth of Staphlococcus aureus ATCC25923,Escherichia coli ATCC25922,Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC2785,Bacillus subtilis, methicillinresistant Staphylococcus epidermidis ,Candida albicans,methicillinsensitive Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus cereus,Enterococccus faecalis,besides the inhibitory effect of microbe were different when Shibawei pill was extracted with different solution. ConclusionShibawei Heziliniao pill has obvious antibacterial activity to clinically isolated strains Candida albicans and methicillinresistant Staphylococcus epidermidis,thus it is possible to be applied to clinical therapy. ......
