     摘要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定三叶香茶菜中齐墩果酸的含量。方法色谱柱ZORBAX XDBC18(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)，流动相∶甲醇∶水(90∶10)，检测波长215 nm，流速1.0 ml/min，柱温：30℃。结果齐墩果酸线性范围为0.462～4.62 μg(r＝0.999 5)，加样回收率为100.25%，RSD为1.35%。结论该方法简便、准确、快速，可用于三叶香茶菜中齐墩果酸的质量控制。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo establish an HPLC method for the determination of Oleanolic acid in Elsholtzia lychnitis Levl..MethodsColumn: ZORBAX XDBC18(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm); mobile phase: methanol: water(90∶10)；detection wavelength was at 215 nm; temperature was at 30℃; flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. ResultsThe calibration curve showed a linearity with the range of 0.462～4.62 μg.The average recovery was 100.25% and RSD was 1.35%.ConclusionThe method is convenient, fast and reliable and suitable for the quality control of Elsholtzia lychnitis Levl. .
