Probe and analysis on the Chinese public hospitals client-agents problems

Abstract The Chinese public hospitals have more client-agents and longer chains,with the governments working as clients and agents,so that the relation of the public hospital client-agents is lack of effective stimulation and restricting mechanism.With optimizing external managing environment of hospitals,innovating internal running mechanism of hospitals,especially the relation chains of more audit and clients and strengthening the independence of surveillance from audit,it can resolve the problems caused by too long chains of client-agents,and perfect the stimulating and restricting mechanism in the client-agents of public hospitals.
