摘要:目的研究打箭菊总黄酮的最佳提取条件。方法以芦丁为指标,用紫外分光光度法对打箭菊总黄酮的提取方法进行系统研究。结果乙醇回流提取法最好,且以50%乙醇按1∶50的料液比、在100℃回流提取3 h的方法提取,得到的打箭菊中的总黄酮含量最高。结论 打箭菊中总黄酮的最佳提取条件为B3C3A2D3。关键词:打箭菊; 芦丁; 紫外分光光度法; 总黄酮; 正交设计
Study on Extraction of Total Flavonoids in Traditional Tibetan Drug Flos Pyrethri Tatsienensis

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the optimum extracting condition of total flavonoids in Flos Pyrethri Tatsienensis. MethodsUsing Rutin as the evaluating criteria, the extraction condition was studied by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. ResultsThe optimum extracting condition was as follows:50% ethanol,solidliquid ratio 1∶50 and refluxing and extracting for 3 h at 100℃. ConclusionThe optimum extracting condition was B3C3A2D3.
