     摘要：目的从山茱萸中提取多糖，并建立山茱萸多糖含量的测定方法。方法采用均匀设计优化山茱萸多糖的提取条件，用热水浸提、乙醇沉淀、DE-52柱层析的方法提取纯化山茱萸多糖，用苯酚-硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果山茱萸中多糖的含量为16.04%，平均回收率为99.01%，RSD=1.13%(n=3)。结论首次运用均匀设计优化山茱萸多糖的提取条件，提取得率高，苯酚-硫酸比色法测定山茱萸多糖含量稳定性、回收率较好。
