[摘要] 目的 评价缬沙坦对从未接受过抗高血压治疗的男性患者性功能的影响。方法 80例新近诊断为高血压的男性患者随机、双盲分为两组，40例患者使用缬沙坦治疗，80 mg每日1次，共16周；40例患者使用洛汀新治疗，10 mg每日1次，共16周；治疗前、服药4周、8周、12周及16周观察血压变化、每月性交频率及国际勃起功能指数(问卷)(IIEF-5)。结果 两组均有明显降压作用,缬沙坦组每月平均性交次数明显增多,IIEF-5分数增高,和洛汀新组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 缬沙坦降压同时有提高性功能作用。

    Effect of valsartan on sexual activity in male patients of primary hypertension

    [Abstract] Objective To evaluate the effect of valsartan on sexual activity in male primary hypertension patients who never received any anti-hypertension drugs.Methods Eighty male patients who have been diagnosed as primary hypertension recently and never received any anti-hypertension drug were divided into two groups at random and using double blinded method.The patients of valsartan group received valsartan 80 mg per day and benazepril group received benazepril 10 mg per day for 16 weeks.The hypertension,the frequent of sexual intercourse monthly and index of international erect function (questionnaire) (IIEF-5) were followed up before and after 4 weeks dosage of placebo,4,8,12 and 16 weeks after drug treatment respectively.Results The remarkable hypertension effect was found in two groups.Meanwhile,compared with benazepril groups,the frequent of sexual intercourse monthly and scores of IIEF-5 in patients of valsartan group increased significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion Valsartan can enhance the sexual activity besides its hypertension effect. ......
