     摘要：目的建立鱼腥草挥发油的指纹图谱，为含鱼腥草中药制剂指纹图谱奠定基础。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取不同产地鱼腥草的挥发油；用毛细管气相色谱技术测定指纹图谱(GCFPS)；选用聚类法分析结合含量比较判断其道地性结果该方法灵敏度高，稳定性、重现性的RSD<3%。结论该指纹图谱方法简便，重现性好，可作为鱼腥草药材的质量控制方法。

    Study on GCFPS of Volatile Oil of Houttuynia cordatd Thunb. and its Genuineness

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo develop the chromatographic fingerprint for the characteristic of the volatile components of Houttuynia cordatd Thunb.. MethodsVolatile components of Houttuynia cordatd Thunb. from different regions were extracted by steam distillation , and the chromatographic fingerprints were characterized by the capillary gas chromatography. The fuzzy cluster and determination were selected to compare the genuineness. ResultsThis method gave high sensitivity, reproduction and RSD was no more than 3 %. ConclusionAn analysis of the combination of chromatographic fingerprint and fuzzy cluster is convenient and accurate. It is suitable for the quality control of Houttuynia cordatd Thunb.. ......
