肾移植术后巨细胞病毒性肺炎21例治疗体会 (pdf)
[摘要] 目的 探讨肾移植术后并发巨细胞病毒性肺炎的临床特点和治疗方法。方法 对21例肾移植术后并发巨细胞病毒性肺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 21例患者中16例(76.2%)治疗有效，3例因呼吸衰竭死亡，2例未愈放弃治疗。 结论 肾移植术后并发巨细胞病毒性肺炎病情凶险，早期诊断、有效的综合治疗能够提高治愈率。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical features and treatment measures of cytomegalovirus (CMV) pneumonia in patients after kidney transplantation. Methods The clinical data of 21 patients with CMV pneumonia following kidney transplantation were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 21 patients,16 (76.2%) were treated effectively,3 died due to respiratory failure and 2 gave up therapies for financial reason.Conclusion CMV pneumonia is a serious complication after renal transplantation.Early diagnosis and proper synthetical presentation may improve recovery rate of CMV pneumonia.
