    Analysis of doctor-patient disputes in the out-patient medical service and prevention

    Abstract OBJECTIVE To improve the physicians’ medical moral standard in out-patient department,strengthen physicians’ medical servicing quality and technique levels,reduce or avoid the dissension between physicians and patients in out-patient department.METHODS To strengthen physicians’ management,eliminate both sides mistrust or misunderstand of physicians and patients,consummate system,uphold justice,award and punish clearly,and strive for the development in improvement.RESULTS Along with the improvement of medical servicing quality,patients’ discontent ratio descend,dissension decrease,and patients’ satisfying ratio increase.CONCLUSIONS By the strict managing measures of out-patient department,we solved the contradictions of physicians and patients effectively,insured out-patient work proceed normally and orderly.
