摘要：目的鉴别17种金银花的质量。方法采用高效液相色谱法对样品进行分析，获得反映样品整体化学特征的数据，利用聚类分析进行分类。结果在选定的色谱条件下，建立了稳定可控的药材高效液相色谱图，系统聚类法可将样品有效地分类。结论该方法鉴别金银花是可行的，能为其质量评价提供有用的信息。关键词：金银花；高效液相色谱；系统聚类分析
Identification and Cluster Analysis of Several Species of Flos Lonicerae

Abstract:ObjectiveTo identify 17 species of Flos Lonicerae. MethodsThe chemical variables as a whole were obtained by HPLC; the classification was carried out by using the hierarchical clustering analysis. ResultsUsing above optimum chromatography conditions,the HPLC chromatographies of Flos Lonicerae were established; the 17 samples were categorized efficiently. ConclusionThis method is useful in the species identification of Flos Lonicerae, and it can elementary distinguish the quality of them.
