莲心碱对大鼠局灶性脑缺血CFos蛋白表达的影响

     摘要：目的观察莲心碱对大鼠局灶性脑缺血CFos蛋白表达的影响并探讨其保护作用机制。方法采用线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型，通过免疫组化法检测脑缺血24 h CFos蛋白的表达以及经莲心碱(3 mg/kg)处理后对该蛋白表达的影响。结果脑缺血24 h CFos蛋白的表达明显增加，莲心碱可显著抑制脑缺血后CFos蛋白表达。结论莲心碱的神经保护机制可能与抑制CFos蛋白的表达有关。

    Effect of Liensinine on CFos Protein Expression in Rats with Focal Cerebral Ischemia

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo observe the effect of liensinine on CFos protein expression in Rats with focal cerebral ischemia and investigate its protective mechanism. MethodsThe model of focal cerebral ischemia in rats was made by suture-occluded method, the expression of CFOS protein and the effect of Liensinine (3mg/kg) applied prior ischemia on the expression were detected by immunohistochemical method after cerebral ischemia 24 h. ResultsThe expression of CFOS protein significantly increased after 24 h ischemia and Liensinine significantly inhibited the expression of CFos.ConclusionThe protective mechanism of Liensinine is probably related to the inhibition of CFOS gene expression. ......
