摘要：目的通过还原糖的测定来研究熟地黄的质量控制方法。方法用全自动还原糖测定仪测定熟地黄药材中还原糖的含量。结果平均回收率100.6%，RSD为1.31%(n=6)。结论 该方法简便、可靠、准确、稳定性好，可作为质控参考方法。关键词：熟地黄； 还原糖
Content Determination of Reducing Sugar in Radix Rehmanniae Preparata by Automatic Determine Instrument of Reducing Sugar

Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the quality control for Radix Rehmanniae Proparata by determining the content of reducing sugar. MethodsUsing automatic determine instrument of reducing sugar to determine the content of reducing sugar in Radix Rehmanniae Proparate. ResultsThe average recovery was 100.6% and RSD was 1.31%(n=6). ConclusionThis method is simple accurate and with good stability, which can be used for quality control.
