摘要： 目的 分析石林县人群脑卒中的疾病负担。方法 以残疾调整生命年DALYs作为疾病负担的测量指标。结果 石林县脑卒中每千人口DALYs女性高于男性；60岁以上组的早死所致生命损失年YLLs伤残所致生命损失年YLDs和DALYs最大。结论 应加强对石林县女性脑卒中的预防和治疗工作，降低脑卒中对人群健康的危害。

Abstract： Objective To analyze the burden of stroke in Shilin County.Methods Disability adjusted life years (DALYs) was used as the measurement indicator of burden of disease.Results The female had greater DALYs per thousand population than male.The adults aged above 60 years old had the highest years of life lost (YLLs),years lived with disability (YLDs) and DALYs.Conclusion The prevention and treatment of stroke for female should be enhanced in Shilin county,and so as to decrease the injury of stroke. ......
