     摘要:目的探讨针刺抗脑缺血再灌注炎性损伤的机理。方法采用线栓法制作大鼠大脑中动脉缺血模型(MCAO),采用免疫组织化学技术测定P-选择素和E-选择素表达的动态变化。结果在灌注3 h各实验组P选择素和E选择素均开始表达,二者均于再灌注24 h均达到高峰(组内比较P<0.01),持续至再灌注48 h,针刺可显著降低P-选择素和E-选择素的表达(与模型组和非穴组比较,P<0.01 )。结论P选择素和E选择素的表达上调与再灌注后的炎症反应有关,早期针刺治疗可能通过下调脑缺血区黏附分子P选择素和E选择素的表达而防治脑缺血再灌注炎性损伤。

    Effect of Galvano-acupuncture on the Expression of P-selectin and E-selectin of Cerebral Ischenic Region in Rats

    Abstract:ObjectiveTo study mechanisms of early treatment of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(I/R) by galvano-acupuncture in resisting inflammation injury in rats.MethodsCerebral I/R model was established by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery for 1h and then removal of the occlusion for 3 h ,12 h,24 h, and 48 h respectively .The expression of P-selectin and Eselectin was displayed by using imunohistochemical ABC in ischemic cerebral cortex and corpus striatum in rats.ResultsThe expression of P-selectin and Eselectin was detected at capillary walls in postischemic cerbral cortex at 1 h ischemia-3 h reperfusion and peaked at 1h ischemia-24 h reperfusion and increased continuously during 48 h reperfusion.The expression of both Pselectin and Eselectin in ischemic cerebral cortex were downregulated considerably by galvano-acupuncture treatment (P<0.01) .ConclusionThe protective effect of acupuncture on cerebral neurons under acute infarction is possible through its downregulative action on the expression of Pselectin and Eselectin,which causes neutrophil infiltration that induced by adhesive molecules between endothelium cell and neutrophil. ......
