摘要: 目的 探讨荧光定量PCR技术检测脆弱类杆菌。方法 用特异性引物和荧光染料实时PCR扩增并检测产物。结果 脆弱类杆菌标准株(ATCC 25285)和4株分离株均有特异扩增曲线,灵敏度达 102个菌;而大肠埃希菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌无特异扩增曲线。结论 荧光染料实时PCR技术可特异并定量检测脆弱类杆菌

Abstract: Objective To identify the bacteria fragiles(B.fragiles)by 16S target rRNA realtime PCR.Methods A pair of specific primers was designed.The PCR products were detected by fluorescent quantificative realtime PCR.Results The B.fragilis ATCC 25285 and 4 separative strains of B.fragilis appeared in the special amplification product curve,while E.coli,L.bulgaricus and S.thermophilus did not.The flourescent qantificative PCR can detect 102 bacteria.Conclusion 16S rRNAtargeted primer and fluorescent quantifive realtime PCR can be applicable for the identification and quantification of B.fragilis. ......
