麻黄中总黄酮和多糖的超声提取与含量测定

     摘要:目的:从麻黄中提取总黄酮和多糖,并测定其含量。方法:运用超声技术提取麻黄总黄酮和多糖,用比色法测定总黄酮和多糖含量。结果:测得麻黄中总黄酮含量为6.64%,平均回收率为100.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.34%(n=5);多糖含量为4.83%,平均回收率为99.58%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.02%(n=5)。结论:运用超声技术从麻黄中联合提取总黄酮和多糖,反应速度加快,提高了提取效率。

    Ultrasonic Extraction and Determination of Total Flavonoids and Polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica

    Abstract:Objective:To extract and determine total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica.Methods:Total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica were extracted by ultrasonic technology and determined by colorimetry;Results:Total flavonoids in Ephedra sinica was 6.64%,and recovery rate was 100.6%,RSD was 1.34%(n=5);Polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica was 4.83%,and recovery rate was 99.58%,RSD was 1.02%(n=5).Conclusion:Ultrasonic techology is applied to extracting total flavonoids and polysaccharides in Ephedra sinica,the reaction speed is faster and the result is satisfactory. ......
