【摘要】 目的 探讨CYFRA21-1、CEA、CA199联合检测对消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 对消化道恶性肿瘤患者138例和非肿瘤对照者60例进行CYFRA21-1、CFA、CA199三项肿瘤标志物联合检测。结果 联合检测三种肿瘤标志物在恶性消化道肿瘤组出现一项及一项以上阳性率明显高于对照组。结论 联合检测三种肿瘤标志物有助于提高诊断的阳性率，对消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断具有临床实用价值。
