腹腔镜联合手术17例分析 (pdf)
[摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜下联合手术的优越性和临床应用价值。 方法 回顾性分析我院2006年1月至今1年间进行的17例腹腔镜下联合手术的临床资料，其中胆囊切除术联合阑尾切除术12例，阑尾切除术联合卵巢囊肿切除术5例。 结果 17例腹部联合手术均顺利完成，术后无严重并发症，恢复顺利，疗效满意。结论 腹腔镜下联合手术是安全、有效和经济的，值得临床推广普及。

[Abstract] Objective To discuss the superiority and clinical value of laparoscopic combined surgery.Methods Clinic-al data of 17cases undergone laparoscopic combined surgery from January 2006 to January 2007 in the hospital were analyzed retrospectively.five cholecystectomy combined enucleation of ovarian cyst.Results All the 17 combined surgery were successful,and had no severe complications，and recovered soon.Conclusion Laparoscopic combined surgery is safe，effective and economical.It is worth to spread and popularize.
