多枝柴胡挥发油成分的气相质谱联用分析

     摘要:目的:分析多枝柴胡挥发油成分。 方法:GC—MS联用技术。结果:从该植物挥发油中鉴定出78个化合物,占总量的91.34%。主要是脂肪族化合物。含量超过10%的有三个化合物,为十五烷(29.47%),十三烷(15.12%),十一烷(13.03%)结论:脂肪族化合物可作为柴胡属植物挥发油的一个特征。

    Analysis of Chemical Constituents of Volatile Oil in Bupleurum polyclonum Y.LI et L.PAN by Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometry

    Abstract:Objective:To analyse chemical constituents of volatile oil from Bupleurum polyclonum Y .LI et S.L.Pan.Methods:After stream distillation, the volatile oil was analysed by gas chromatography/mass spectyometry. Results:78 compounds were identified from the volatile oil of Bunleurum polylonum Y.LI.et S.Pan,representing 91.34% of the total. The main compounds of the volatile oil were pentadecane, tridecane, undecane, etc.Conclusion:Fatty volatile oil is a kind of characteristic of Bupieurum Polyclonum.
