【摘要】 目的 探讨利培酮治疗难治性分裂情感性精神病的临床疗效。 方法 对20例难治性分裂情感性精神病患者给予利培酮治疗，疗程6 w，随访6 mo。于治疗前及治疗1 w,2 w,3 w,4 w,5 w,6 w末采用简明精神病量表，汉密顿抑郁量表，躁狂评定量表评定临床疗效。结果 2例因治疗过程中出现发热性疾病脱落，实际完成18例。治疗2 w起各时段，简明精神病量表，汉密顿抑郁量表，躁狂评定量表评分下降明显，与治疗前比较，差异有显著或极显著性(P<0.05或0.01)。 结论 利培酮治疗难治性分裂情感性精神病疗效显著，且对患者的社会功能的恢复有良好的促进作用。【关键词】 难治性分裂情感性精神病；利培酮；简明精神病量表；汉密顿抑郁量表；躁狂评定量表
Clinical research of risperidone in refractory schizoaffective psychosis

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of risperidone in the treatment of refractory schizoaffective psychosis. Methods 20 patients with refractory schizoaffective psychosis were treated with risperidone for 6 weeks and followed up for 6 months. Clinical curative effect was assessed with the BPRS,HAMD and BRMS before treatment and at the ends of the 1st, 2nd ,3rd,4th,5th and 6th week treatment. Results Two patients were off treatment because of febrile illness, other 18 finished research. In each phase after 2nd week, scores of the BPRS,HAMD and BRMS descended obviously, compared with pretreatment differences were significanr or very significant(P<0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion Risperidone has great efficacy in the treatment of schizoaffective psychosis and better promotion to recovery of patient’s social function. ......
