圣脑康胶囊的质量标准研究 (pdf)
[摘要] 目的 建立圣脑康胶囊的质量控制方法。方法 用薄层色谱法对圣脑康胶囊中的川芎、丹参、赤芍、三七、黄芪进行定性鉴别;用高效液相法对圣脑康胶囊中芍药苷进行含量测定。结果 薄层色谱中斑点清晰,易于观察。高效液相法精密度、重现性良好。芍药苷在0.156~0.364 μg内,线性关系良好R=0.9999,平均回收率98.32%,相对偏差RSD为0.84%。 结论 本方法简单、准确,可有效地控制圣脑康胶囊的质量。

Quality control of Shengnaokang capsules

[Abstract] Objective To establish a quality control for Shengnaokang capsules.Methods Ingredients of Rhizoma Chuanxiong,Radix Rhizoma Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng, Radix Astragali were identified by TLC,and Paeoniflorin in the capsules was determined by HPLC.Results The spots in the TLC were clear and distinguished well.The linear was within 0.156~0.364 μɡ(R=0.9999).The average recovery was 98.32%,RSD=0.84%.Conclusion This method can be used for quality control Shengnaokang capsules.
