摘要:目的探讨灰绿黄堇总生物碱的抗炎镇痛作用及其动物毒性反应情况。方法小鼠热板法镇痛实验、小鼠扭体法镇痛实验、小鼠耳廓肿胀实验、小鼠毛细血管通透性实验和小鼠急性毒性实验。结果灰绿黄堇总生物碱能明显延长热板所致小鼠舔后足时间(P<0.05), 明显减少醋酸所致小鼠扭体反应次数(P<0.05)、减轻二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.05),但对组胺所致小鼠毛细血管通透性增高无降低作用(P>0.05);小鼠口服半数致死量LD50为1.87 g ·kg-1。结论灰绿黄堇总生物碱有较好的镇痛作用及部分抗炎作用,但也具有一定毒性。关键词:灰绿黄堇; 总生物碱; 抗炎; 镇痛; 毒性
Anti-inflammatory and Analgesic Effect of Total Alkaloid from Corydalis adunca maxim and its Toxicity

Abstract:ObjectiveTo study anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of total alkaloid from Corydalis adunca maxim and to observe its toxicity.MethodsHot plate experiment , mouse acetic-acid-induced twisting experiment, mouse ear-swelling experiment, mouse capillary permeability experiment and mouse acute toxicity experiment were carried out in this study. ResultsThe results showed that total alkaloid from Corydalis adunca maxim could remarkably prolong the time of mice lick its backfoot, reduce the twisting times in mice(P<0.05)and relieve mouse ear- swelling induced by dimethylbenzene (P<0.05), but it had no effect on the increase of rat capillary permeability induced by histamine (P>0.05). The LD50 of oral dose in mice was 1.87(g/kg).ConclusionTotal alkaloid from Corydalis adunca maxim has good anti-inflammation and analgesic actions, butit also has some toxicity. ......
