     摘要：目的探讨迪索泰(FixionTM)可膨胀髓内钉系统在长骨骨折中的应用价值与技术特点。方法随机选取四肢长骨骨折病例21例，应用FixionTM系统内固定，术后评定骨折愈合情况与患肢功能。结果术后随访2~18个月，21例均达到骨折愈合，JohnerWruhs评分优良率85.7%。结论 FixionTM可膨胀髓内钉系统操作方法简捷，具有良好的髓腔适配，可以采用微创侵入方式，实现骨折快速稳定的髓内固定，临床治疗长骨骨折预后良好。

    Clinical analysis for application of FixionTM inflatable intramedullary nail in treating long bone fracture

    Abstract： Objective To investigate the application value and operation characteristics of FixionTM inflatable intramedullary nail in treating long bone fracture.Methods Twentyone cases with long bone fracture selected randomly were treated by FixionTM internal fixation,then the function and union of fracture of affected extremity were evaluated.Results All cases achieved bone union with 85.7% good function outcome evaluated by JohnerWruhs score.The followup time was 2~18 months.Conclusion FixionTM inflatable intramedullary nail could achieve satisfactory press fit in medullary cavity by simple operational method.Stable fracture reduction could be achieved quickly with minimal invasion.Good outcome could be anticipated. ......
