[摘要] 目的 对微创的经皮肾镜取石术(mPCNL)并发症发生原因进行分析，并探讨其预防和处理原则。方法 对我院2004年5月～2006年3月所进行的149例mPCNL手术的并发症进行回顾性分析。结果 本组患者并发症有感染20.1%(30/149)、出血10.1%(15/149)、肾盂破裂5.4%(8/149)、肾造瘘管脱落2%(3/149)、其他脏器损伤0.6%(1/149)，经过对症治疗与处理，结果满意。结论 mPCNL是一种安全、有效的微创手术，但有一定的并发症发生率，预防和处理的关键为合理选择患者、操作轻柔、严密观察病情。

    [Abstract] Objective To investigate the complications of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods The complications of 149 patients who had taken mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy in our hospital were studied retrospectively from May 2004 to March 2006.Results The incidence of the normal complications were 20.1% of infection (30/149) and 10.1% of bleeding (15/149);the incidence of nother complications were 5.4% of perforation of renal pelvis (8/149)，2% of the incidence of (3/149) and 0.6% of adjacent organs injury (1/149).After heteropathy，consequence were satisfied.Conclusion Mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy was a safty,reliable operation.Key skills were the choocing of adaptive disease ......
