重庆市734例暴力性伤害案伤者损伤特征分析

     摘要：目的了解重庆地区暴力性伤害案伤者的人口学分布、损伤特征及损伤程度。方法采用流行病学方法对重庆医科大学法医教研室受理的734例伤害案进行回顾性分析。结果虐待案件、执行公务时伤害案件略有上升；伤者以19~44岁男性，初中文化程度居多；致伤原因以纠纷最多，致伤物以徒手为主；以头面部损伤最多，损伤类型以骨折、钝器伤最多；损伤程度以轻伤最多；AIS分级与损伤程度鉴定完全一致占总数的95.1%。结论加强普法教育和道德教育，特别是文化程度较低者及青、中年农民的教育；应依法执行公务；同时应制定更加合理的损伤程度鉴定标准，使鉴定结论更准确、科学，以便处理施暴者达警示作用。

    Study on the characteristics of violence injury in 734 injured individuals in Chongqing

    Abstract： Objective To understand demography distribution,injury characteristics,degree of violence injury in Chongqing area.Methods We made use of commonly demography method to analyze 734 cases of violence injury from January 2000 to May 2004 collected in our staff room.Results Abusing cases and injury sustained when performing public affairs were ascending in recent years.The majority of the victims were young males,age ranged form 1944 years.The level of education was often limited in level of middle school.The most frequent cause of injury was tangle;object of injury was barehands;part of injury were head and face,type of injury were fracture and blunt instrument injury;degree of injury was flesh injury.95.1 percent injury of degree of injury assessment can be graded and coded according to AIS.Conclusion Education of law and morality of peasant of young and middle age should be enhana in particular.Performing public affairs should be carried out according to stipulation.The offenders must be punished properly in the light of laws.It is valuable to take some corresponding preventive measures for the public security in our society. ......
