【摘要】 目的 观察还原型谷胱甘肽的应用时序对减轻非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者放射性损伤的作用。方法 105例NSCLC患者随机分为治疗1、2组和对照组;治疗1、2组分别于放疗前后1 h加用还原型谷胱甘肽;对照组单纯放疗。结果 105例患者全部完成放疗计划。急性放射性肺炎的发生率治疗1、2组为97%和1143%,对照组为2857%(P<005);肺纤维化的发生率治疗1、2组为2925%和3429%,对照组为5143%(P<005)。结论 还原型谷胱甘肽可以减轻NSCLC患者放射性肺损伤,且放疗前使用比放疗后使用效果更明显。【关键词】 还原型谷胱甘肽;放射损伤;时序应用
Effect of reduced glutathione used in cycle time on radiation damage

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of the GSH used in cycle time in reducing radiation pneumonitis and fibrosis to NSCLC patients.Methods From October 2003 to December 2005,105 patients with nonsmall cell lung cancer were divided into three groups:Group 1 and 2 were treated with radiotherapy combined with GSH used preradiotherapy and postradiotherapy 1 hour,respectively.Control group were treated with radiotherapy only.Results The incidence rates of radiation pneumonitis were 97% and 1143% for the Group 1 and Group 2,control group is 2857%.The respective rates of fibrosis for the Group 1 and Group 2 were 2925% and 3429%,control group is 5143%.Both group comparisons were significant,P<005.Conclusion The GSH may reduce some possible damages of lung as a result of radiotherapy,and GSH used preradiotherapy is better than postradiotherapy. ......
