蕨麻对小鼠肝组织结构的影响

     【摘要】 目的 探讨不同剂量的蕨麻提取物对小鼠肝组织结构的影响。方法 昆明小鼠40只,随机分为5组,正常对照组及实验组(为4组),每组8只。正常组用生理盐水灌胃,实验组小鼠用不同剂量的蕨麻提取物每日灌胃,每只 0.05ml/g, 实验小鼠1周后断颈处死。取肝组织用10%的福尔马林固定,脱水、透明浸蜡、切片、HE染色及特殊染色。肝组织肉眼及OLYMPUA-BX50显微镜下观察。结果 对照组小鼠肝组织无明显改变。实验Ⅰ组小鼠肉眼肝脏表面暗红色加深。显微镜下肝细胞明显变性和坏死,肝血窦明显扩张充血。Ⅱ组小鼠肉眼肝脏暗红色轻度加深,显微镜下肝细胞见变性和坏死,肝血窦扩张充血较明显。Ⅲ组及Ⅳ组的小鼠肝脏肉眼未见异常,显微镜下见肝血窦不同程度的轻度扩张充血,肝细胞再生明显。结论 不同剂量的蕨麻提取物对小鼠肝组织的影响不同,表明可能与蕨麻提取物的不同浓度作用有关。

    The effect of potentill anserine on liver tissue structure of small rat

    【Abstract】 Objective Study different measure of potentill anserine extract to the relation between the effects of potentill anserine on liver tissue structure of small rat. Methods 40 Kunming small rats are divided into 5 groups at random. Control group and experimental group (4 groups),each eight. The control group infuses stomach with normal saline; the experimental group infuses stomach with different measure of potentill anserine extract everyday,each 0.05ml/g. Test small rat breaking the neck to death after a week. The liver tissue fixes with 10% formalin,dehydrates,and immerses the transparent examples in the wax,cuts into slices,HE stain. Liver tissue is observed with naked eye and OLYMPUA-BX50 microscopically. Results The liver tissue of control group has no obvious change. The dark red liver tissue surface of I group becomes darker. Under the microscope,hepatocyte has obvious degeneration and necrosis,and hepatic sinusoid also has obvious hypertrophy and hyperemia. The liver of II group becomes little dark. Hepatocyte can see degeneration and necrosis,and hepatic sinusoid has relative hypertrophy and hyperemia. III and IV group have no obvious abnormality by naked eye. Hepatic sinusoid has little hypertrophy and hyperemia in different degree under the microscope. Hepatocyte has obvious regeneration. Conclusion Different measure of potentill anserine extract has different effects on liver tissue of small rat. It has relation with the different concentration of petentill anserine extract. ......
