ER和PR在“非性激素靶器官”表达的免疫组化观察

    诊断病理学杂志000108摘 要:目的 观察甲状腺、肺和大肠等多种上皮性组织和肿瘤中ER和PR的表达状况。方法 57例甲状腺、肺、大肠的正常和肿瘤标本,采用免疫组化染色,进行对比分析。结果 (1)ER和PR在正常支气管、肺、大肠粘膜和结甲的上皮细胞内有较弱表达。(2)在甲状腺癌、肺癌和结肠癌中ER有强表达,而PR表达较弱。(3)阳性信号都位于细胞核内。结论 ER和PR在甲状腺、肺、大肠等多种“非性激素靶器官”的正常和肿瘤组织中都有表达,且表达部位与“靶器官”相似,这为肿瘤的激素治疗提供了一条新的思路。

    Expression of estrogen receptor(ER) and progesterone receptor(PR) in non-tangeting organs:An im-munohislochemical study

    Abstract:Objective To investigation the immunohistochemical expression of ER and PR in normal epithelium or carcinoma of the thyroid gland,lung and colon. Methods Fifty-seven cases were studied with immunohistochemistry for ER and PR. Re-suits (1) Both ER and PR expressions were low in normal epithelium of thyroid gland, lung and colon. (2) ER expression was high in tumor cells of the thyroid gland,lung and colon,while PR expression was low or negative. (3) Both ER and PR expression located inside nuclei. Conclusions Besides in so-called "targeting organs" of sexual hormones,ER and PR were also expressed in "non-targeting organs", such as the thyroid gland, lung and colon, and their location was identical. This phenomenon porvides a new way of thinking for hormonal treatment of tumors.
