针灸防治药物流产出血的临床疗效观察

    [摘要]目的:观察针灸防治药物流产出血的

    临床疗效。方法:将200例药物流产的早孕妇女,分为治疗组、对照组。其中治疗组采用药物流产的同时配合体针加耳穴贴压法防治药物流产后阴道不规则出血。结果:治疗组出血时间、出血量均明显少于对照组。结论:药物流产配合耳穴贴压和针刺实为防治药物流产后阴道不规则出血的简便、易行之有效方法。

    [Abstract]PurposeTo observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture moxibustion for prevention and treatment of druginduced abortion hemorrhage.Met hodshundred cases of early pregnancy of druginduced abortion were divided into tment group and control group.In the treatment group,drugs were adopted for abortion and bodyacupuncture plus auricular point taping and pressing were used for prevention and treatment of irregular hemorrhage in the vaginaafter druginduced abortion.ResultsBoth the hemorrhage lasting time and amount of hemorrhage were significantly less than those in the control group.ConclusionAuricular point taping and pressing combined with acupuncture is an effective method for prevention and treatment of irregular hemorrhage in the vagina in druginduced abortion.[Key words]Abortion,DrugInduced;Postpartum Hemorrhage/acup ther;Auricular Point Sticking ......
