女性精神分裂症患者的性生活质量及相关因素(3)
综上所述,婚姻满意度对患者的性生活质量影响最大,其次是子女和药物。病程、疾病严重程度、受教育程度、年龄、月经济收入、夫妻交流等因素,虽然在对患者整体性生活质量的影响因素中未被选入,但却是影响患者性生活质量各个不同维度的因素。本研究提示促进患者婚姻家庭的和谐,选用对性功能影响小的非典型抗精神病药物维持治疗,能够使患者的性生活质量得到改善。但本研究只是一个横断研究,研究过程中对药物的剂量没有做严格的规定,没有研究剂量与性生活质量的关系;药物只是做了一个大体的分类,没有具体到某种药物;没有治疗前对患者性生活质量的基线评估。今后将针对本研究的不足,对某一种药物进行纵向研究,并将剂量纳入研究范畴。
