上海贵阳两地高职护生健康商数分析(1)

     【摘要】 目的 了解上海和贵阳两地高职护生的健康商数(HQ)现状及其影响因素,为提高护生健康商数水平提供理论依据。方法采用健康商数问卷调查量表,分别整群抽样调查上海医药高等专科学校学生195名及贵阳护理职业学院在籍学生200名。结果 东西部地区2校高职护生整体健商水平比较理想,但在健康知识方面的健康商数值得警惕。两地护生在“处理疾病与不适的措施”、“健康知识”、“维护健康的知识”、“情感状态”、“个人信仰”的差异具有统计学意义(P值均<0.05);护生在“关于医疗保健系统的知识”、“维护健康的知识”、“危害健康因素和健康监测工具的知识”、“个人信仰”等方面HQ均处于较低水平,值得警惕。结论 两地不同年级护生在健康知识方面均显不足。要制定行之有效的学校健康教育体系和课程体系,切实提高护生的HQ水平。

    Health Quotient Status of Nursing Students in Shanghai and Guiyang/YANG Wan-ling*, LIU Xiao-rong, WANG Xu-hui.* Shanghai Medical College, Shanghai(201318), China

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the status of health quotient of nursing students in eastern and western regions and its influencing factors, so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the health quotient of them.Methods One hundred and ninty-five nursing students in ShanghaiInstituteof HealthSciences and 200 nursingstudents in Guiyang Nursing Vocational College were interviewed with Health Quotient questionnaire. Results The HQ score of nursing students wasat a high level. But The HQ score of healthknowledge was to be concerned about. By comparing the HQ score of the different regions nurse students, it showed that the difference of five items between the third grade and the first and second grade was statistically significant(P<0.05). The five items included measures to deal with disease and discomfort, health knowledge, knowledge of maintaining health, emotional states and personal beliefs(P<0.05). The HQ scores of the other four itemswere low which included knowledge of the health care system, knowledge of maintaining health, knowledge of health risks and health monitoring tools and personal beliefs. Conclusion The HQ score of healthknowledge ofthe both regions nurse students is low. It is necessary to development effective school health education system and curriculum to improve the health quotient status.
