沈阳市大学生群体公共医疗保险制度满意度分析(1)

     【摘要】 目的 了解影响沈阳市大学生就诊选择的主要因素,分析现行大学生城镇居民医疗保险满意度水平中感知质量和顾客满意情况,为医疗保险制度改革提供理论依据。方法 对沈阳市大学生在校园中进行拦截式问卷调查,对获得数据结果进行多项式Logistic回归分析,找出影响沈阳市大学生就诊选择、感知质量和顾客满意的主要因素。结果 就诊便利、医疗设备、医疗技术和对症疗效是大学生就诊选择、感知质量和顾客满意的共同影响因素,感知质量也受到服务态度和费用报销比例的影响,服务态度、期望一致和对比优势也是影响顾客满意的关键。大学生群体对自身公共医疗服务的期望偏低,对享有的公共医疗服务不满意。结论 大学生对公共医疗保险制度整体满意度水平较低。建议重点改革小病险,将大病险与商业保险相结合,并加强医疗保险宣传力度。

    【Abstract】 Objective To seek the main factors influencing the health care choice of college students in Shenyang, and to compare with the level of two indicators including perceived quality and customer satisfaction in the current college students medical insurance system, so as to provide scientific proof for reasonably assigning public health resources for college students and reforming implementation the policy of college students basic medical insurance. Methods The questionnaire survey was carried out on the campus, and the data from the survey was analyzed by polynomial Logistic regression analysis, from which the main factors influencing the health care choice of college students, perceived quality and customer satisfaction were identified. Results Treatment facilities,medical equipment,medical technology and symptomatic efficacy of treatment options,perceived quality and customer satisfaction were the common influencing factors for college students;the attitude of service and cost reimbursement had an important impact on perceived quality too;the key element on customers satisfied are the attitude of service,expectation unanimously and comparative advantage.College students had low expectations for the public health services of their own,and were not satisfied for the medical services on the enjoyment of the public.
