颌面部外伤的急诊整容处理(1)

【摘要】目的：探讨颌面部外伤的急诊整容处理方法及效果。方法：选择我院收治的颌面部伤患者112例，平均分为研究组与对照组。两组患者均采取常规清创、骨折复位固定等治疗措施。在此基础上，对照组采取常规普外科颌面部外伤处理方法，研究组患者采取急诊整容处理。结果：研究组患者对颌面部预后的总满意率为94.64%，显著高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05)。结论：急诊整容处理可以有效恢复颌面部外伤患者的组织功能，提高美观度，减少瘢痕对患者生活的影响，可作为常规治疗方法应用推广于临床。

【Abstract】Objective: To investigate the method and effect of emergency cosmetic treatment of maxillofacial trauma. Methods: 112 cases with maxillofacial trauma in our hospital were selected.
