动脉结扎加改良B—Lynch缝合治疗剖宫产产后出血(1)
摘要：目的： 探讨子宫动脉结扎合并改良式B-Lynch缝合在宫产产后出血中的临床应用。 方法： 分析我院2008年1月至2013年12月28例剖宫产术中大出血患者运用子宫动脉结扎加改良B-Lynch缝合术治疗的成功案例。 结果： 28例均成功救治，未出现术后后遗症并发症。 结论： 子宫动脉结扎加改良式B-Lynch缝合是抢救剖宫产产后出血的有效方法之一，应当推广。
