【摘要】了解职业暴露原因之一的针刺伤的环节及步骤,分析针刺伤的原因,探讨解决方法。职业暴露方式种种,职业暴露防范工作任重道远,调察后笔者发现,针刺伤情况非常严重。笔者认为预防针刺伤应从细微处着手,分析、探讨一些暂不被重视或未被发现的原因及规律,从管理的角度,对危险行为进行干预,为有效杜绝针刺伤行为提供理论依据。
