【摘要】股骨颈骨折是一种严重影响老年人生命质量的疾患,其发病率高、病程长、恢复慢,给老年人身心造成了极大痛苦。一些研究指出,髋部骨折后并发多种疾病及肢体功能障碍都与骨折后功能恢复不良有关[1],而全髋关节置换术可明显减轻髋部疼痛和改善关节功能。

    【Abstract】The thighbone neck bone fracture is one kind of serious influence senior citizen life quality vigorous trouble, its disease incidence rate is high, the course long, restores slowly, the body and mind has created the great agony for the senior citizen. Some research pointed out that after hip department bone fracture, the concurrent many kinds of illness get sick and the body function barrier after the bone fracture the function restores bad related[1], but the entire thurl replacement technique may reduce the hip department ache and the improvement joint function obviously.
