【摘要】通过质量管理小组的督促,检查,以及提出的改进措施,使护理人员树立了法制观念,养成遵纪守法、以病人安全为第一的行为习惯,加强监督管理,严把护理质量关,维护患者合法权益,以优质服务,丰富的理识,精湛的技术为病人提供全程服务,以适应现代护理事业的发展,最大限度地保证病人安全。

    【Abstract】Through the quality control group’s supervision, the inspection, the corrective measure which as well as proposed, made the nursing staffs to set up the concept of law, fostered observes law and discipline, take the patient safety as the first behavior custom, strengthened the management by supervision, Yan Ba nurses the quality pass, defended the patient legitimate rights and interests, take the high-quality service, the rich principle knowledge, the exquisite technology provided the entire journey service as the patient, adapted the modern nursing enterprise’s development, maximum limit assured the patient safety.
