【摘要】目的:总结成人胆总管囊肿的治疗体会。方法:对我院19952007年实施手术治疗的48例成人胆总管囊肿的临床资料进行回顾分析。按Flanigan分型:I型43例、Ⅱ型4例、Ⅳ型1例。结果:术后胆漏4例、胰漏1例、死亡1例。随访41例1～12年,均痊愈,无胆管狭窄及胆管癌表现。结论:成人胆总管囊肿的外科治疗是切除囊肿壁、重建胆道,重建胆道首选胆管空肠Roux?鄄Y吻合。
