【摘要】目的:探讨新农合中少数民族地区基层医院的健康教育方法和效果。方法:将各病区护理人员分成两组,组长由精通少数民族语言的高级责任护士担任,熟悉少数民族语言的护士在全院各病区均匀分配,对少数民族患者开展针对性、系统化、个性化的健康教育。结果:病人满意度和新农合参合率逐年上升,一些农村居民有损身心健康的行为和生活方式逐渐消除,农村常见病、多发病得到控制,平均住院天数减少,住院次数减少。结论:健康教育能提高少数民族地区农村居民的生活质量和健康水平。
