【摘要】目的:优选湿疹粉的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以苦参碱的含量和浸膏得率为指标,考察加水量、煎煮时间和煎煮次数对提取率的影响。结果:最佳提取工艺为12倍加水量,煎煮60min,煎煮3次。结论:正交试验法优选湿疹粉的提取工艺简便、准确,适用于实际生产。
